Park is an interesting combination. It isn't well
marked and seems a bit tucked aside. On the other
hand, the grass is lush, the equipment is shiny and the
basketball and tennis courts are well-surfaced.
It
appears to be a new park, but the day we were there is was
also a very busy park. We try to avoid taking
pictures with people in it to avoid invading anybody's
privacy - and let me tell you this park was a
challenge! Teenagers were playing basketball.
Children were all over the play equipment. The large
grassy field has more trees than is good for running, but
it is perfect for picnics and naps.
Directions:
From the 101 take Telegraph Road and turn away from the
ocean. Drive until you reach Kimball. Turn
left and then turn right onto Loma Vista. The park
is on the right. To park, you will want to take the
first right and park along the street in front of the
park's entrance.
